On my way to work through the heart – no the green lung – of Berlin. I love the fresh spring green of the woods, the sounds, the clear air, especially when it is raining. It gives me inspiration. It makes me happy. It gives me energy. Loads of energy. One of my main sources of energy – they call it forest bathing. I love it.
It used to be a huge effort for me to get into the woods, after my workday, when I was tiered already. I would have to really push and convince myself to go. It felt impossible to have in my every day life what is good for me. Because I loved living in the city. And I loved the woods. Both equally.
But then again, nothing is impossible. So I moved to that one unique place, next to the woods, in the heart of Berlin. And have it every day, with ease, on my way to work and coming.
What are your energy sources? The things in life, that fill up your energy reservoirs? That open your inspiration and make you happy? Can you include them with ease in your everyday life?
