Moonday Magic: body magic

There has been a lot of inspiration for the heart lately. So let me give you a little something for your body this time around.
Very often, we do not realise how tense we are until we relax. It is then, that it suddenly occurs to us: oh wow, this is how I was holding my breath, this is how I was tensing my muscles?

This little bodyworks exercise will give you exactly that experience: the feeling of tension peeling of your body. Its like magic. Body magic.


Hold your Achilles tendon with a tight grip.
Count till 7.
Let go and exhale.
Feel how your muscles relax and how your breath goes deeper.


The tendon may feel more or less sensitive throughout the day, along with your stress level.
As it is a very quick and simple exercise you can do it several times a day, especially during work and when you close from work, so your entire system can use the after work hours to regenerate and you can enjoy your relaxing time to the fullest!
