Moonday Magic: The Feel Fulfilled Exercise

Fulfilment. Its that magical experience that we all strive for. But have archived far, oh so far away to our bookshelves as something surreal. Something people talk about. Something people promise us. Yet, its experience is at most elusive – but mostly long forgotten under a thick layer of dust.

Meanwhile it is there. At our fingertips, yours and mine. It is even closer than that since, we carry it within ourselves – that source of fulfilment. Every single day of our lives.

Feel your womb. And you will feel full. And you will feel filled. Instantly.

So I am sharing with you this beautiful exercise that you can practice to feel your womb.

FEEL YOUR WOMB EXERCISE 

Place your hands above the area between your navel and your pubic bone. Your hands do not touch your body. They are at a distance – between 5 – 30 cm from your body. Every time you do the exercise you can choose, at which distance you want to hold your hands. It may vary each time. Follow your intuition. Now hold your two hands next to each other over the designated area. Then hold the left hand only, the right hand only and eventually your two hands above/below the other as displayed in the pics below. Hold each position a couple of minutes. Ask yourself whether you can move on – when you feel yes, move on to the next position, when you feel no, keep on holding until you can move on.

This is a beautiful exercises that you can also do with another person, having that other person holding her/his hands as described above.
