I don’t have time. I feel there is no time. I don’t have enough time.
Do you find yourself in those words?
They comprise the one most frequent challenge that my clients have been expressing in the recent months. I want to share this well kept treasure with you. About time. Not the one from the clock. But the other time: Your time.
‘Time is the heart‘ I shared in one of the recent Moonday Magics. How fast or slow you do things is determined by your time. Your time – the rhythm of your time – is given by your heart. More precisely by your heart beat, and your heart beat only. No watch, no seconds/minutes/hours hand, no church bell or Muezzin or similar can overrule your rhythm and your heart beat. They are nothing but a beautiful orientation of the rhythm that the societies you live in live by.
Whenever you feel you don’t have time, lay your hand on your heart. Sometimes you have to even put a little pressure with your hand on the heart area to feel it beat. Feel the rhythm of your heart beating. And you will have in you all the time in the world. Immediately.
